Returns and Refunds Policy

Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

EU customers may cancel their contract within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving their order. This right does not apply to certain items, including pierced jewelry.

To Cancel:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with details of the items to be returned, stating that you wish to cancel the contract.
  2. Return the items by post at your own cost within 14 days after submitting your cancellation notice.

Refunds will include the item price less any initial delivery charge (if applicable) and will be credited within 14 days of receipt of the returned items or proof of return. For items canceled in shipment, you will be responsible for return postage costs.


UK Returns

We offer refunds for items returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, whether by post or to our store.

  • Before Returning: Please contact us by email or phone to inform us about your return and the reason.

Postal Returns: If returning by post, please indicate the postage method used for our records. Upon receipt and agreement, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Furniture and Larger Items: For furniture or large items delivered by courier, please contact us to arrange the return. You may incur delivery and return fees.

Jewellery: For hygiene reasons, refunds on used pierced jewelry are not available unless the items are faulty or unfit for purpose.

Please be aware that you are responsible for all return postage costs for any items canceled while in shipment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


International Returns

For international purchases, items returned in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt are eligible for refunds.

  • Before Returning: Please contact us by email or phone to inform us about your return and the reason.
  • Return Costs: International customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds on pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons. If you cancel while the item is in shipment, you are responsible for return postage costs.


Returns By Post (All Regions)

  • Notification: Contact us in advance by email or phone to let us know about your return.
  • Timeframe: Return items by post within 14 days of receipt. Please allow 14 days from the posting date for us to process your refund. We will email you once your parcel has been received and your refund processed.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take 2-3 working days to appear in your account.

If your payment card has expired, please contact us with your order number, postcode, and new card details. For items canceled in shipment, you will be responsible for return postage costs.


Returning Unsatisfactory or Unfit Items

Refunds for items that are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose will be credited to your original payment method. International customers may return these items by post only.
